Method
of Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
International Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
All Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 returned check fee.
Sales Tax:
For Nebraska Residents, 5.5% sales tax will be added.

After hours, please leave
a message and one of our service representatives will return your
call. Orders by phone will allow us to verify if items are in stock.
Ordering Online:
When ordering online please remember Backorders do occur. All shipments
will be processed when order is complete. If items are on backorder,
customer will be notified.
Shipping:
All shipments will be shipped by UPS Ground in the United States,
unless otherwise specified. Shipping is to be prepaid. If items are
in stock they will be shipped out within 5 working days. Please furnish
a physical address for all shipments. If your order is needed quickly,
we will be happy to use UPS Next Day Air or Second Day. Some additional
handling charges will be added for shipment of oversized items. Shipping
charges are not refundable.
Foreign Shipping:
Orders will be shipped by UPS.
Return Policy:
All items being returned must be returned within 14 days of Sale for
full refund. Any item returned after 14 days of sale will not be refunded.
Products must be in the undamaged or unused condition. All items must
be in original condition. Special Orders or Personalized items are
Not Returnable.
Damages: In the event your shipment has been damaged, please
have your delivery driver note that on the freight bill before you
sign it. It is the responsibility of the carrier to guarantee. All
claims regarding damage or loss occurring during shipment must be
made to the carrier.
